~ Duration of Posts: All job posts are displayed for a period of 2 months from the date of publication.
~ URL Shortener: Each job post includes a custom URL shortener for easy sharing and tracking.
~ Refund Policy: Refunds are only available before the post is published. Once a job post is live, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, the following rules apply to all job posts:
~ No malicious, fake, or joke information: All content must be accurate and professional.
~ Valid Image URLs: Any image URL included in the post must be valid, not excessively large, and free of malicious content.
Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the post without a refund.
Once our analytics API is completed, you will gain access to job post performance analytics directly from your dashboard. This will include data on views, clicks, and engagement metrics, helping you evaluate your post’s effectiveness.
~ Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Ensure that your credentials are kept secure.
~ Content Ownership: By posting on NextObs, you confirm that you have the right to use and distribute the content provided. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote your job posts on our platform and affiliated channels.
~ Platform Modifications: NextObs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice.
~ Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold NextObs harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
~ Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform if these Terms are violated.
~ NextObs does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information posted by users.
~ We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
~ The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
